Car insurance quotes websites, all different?
December 5, 2008 - I have been searching car insurance multi websites. I have noticed that the quotes for the same car, same situations are all different on different websites for the same companies?? how can this be??
- Well, shoes are all differently priced too, for the same reason. (so are sunglasses!)
- Check one more place. Go to Landa's website and you will be shocked at how low there prices are. They are predominately a commercial insurer so private party coverage is cheap. My family uses them. Hope this helps
- Because the Web sites probably don't have current rate manuals for all the companies. When I had an agency, it was hard enough to keep up with 2-3 companies' manuals. Your best bet is to call agents or companies directly; they'll have current rates.
Cause as brokers they get negotiate different deals with the insurers depending upon how much business they introduce to each company etc. Some insurers offer better deals to brokers based on a higher percentage of the brokers total business.
